Some of the shots I worked on made this trailer! the one at the end with the black and red spidy reflection, the shots inside the subway tunnel, and the shots in peter parker's room... with black goo going up his hand... You can also see holland in a side shot of him doing a flip from the wall crash .

Woke up, went to stunt practice, worked on high falls, headers and face offs mostly, and ate at rainbow acres, met up w/ lipe, we rode his moped to santa monica rings, bob jess and ian helped me play/swing, went to 3rd st promenade, swingdanced w/ lipe, back to rings, holland and christian where hanging, got some pointers, went to watch "Take the Lead " with Minn & Corina.

YOU GOTTA SEE THAT MOVIE... it's hype! if you love dancing, especially partner dancing. salsa, ballroom with a contemporary flava.

snowboarding in big bear has been the sweetest conditions lately. 50 deg weather, warm, sunny, slushy, soft snow but not sticky so you can still ride pretty fast... i'm learning more, getting better at jibbing, doing backside 180s and front side 180s off lil jumps, board slides on boxes... it's so beautiful up there... nancy's crib is comfy...

Well, after years of switching between being vegetarian/pescatarian/vegan... i have finally gone back to my roots of ancestry .... I EAT MEAT NOW. i'm trying to limit beef and only eat organic meat products.... but i love it an di'm never going to the vegan thing again. i am done with that. it messed my system up, and since i'm such an EXTREEEEME athelete, breaking, snowboarding, swingdancing, stunts, I NEED MEAT / PROTEIN to fuel me so that I'm HYPE to last all day long doing everything that I do. I'm really happy and feel high on life.
